Warranty

Remmee India Pvt Ltd provides a one-year warranty for all its products purchased online. Remmee India Pvt Ltd will undertake necessary repairs and repolishing of the jewelry from the date of purchase, for one year. This warranty applies to the entire catalog as well as products on sale. The warranty is applicable for jewelry purchased through www.remmee.in.

The warranty does not cover repairs or repolishing for products that have been modified, misused, subjected to wear and tear, or damaged due to negligence on the buyer’s side.

Sales Policy

Remmee India Pvt Ltd enters into a binding agreement once an order is placed by you (the buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed, the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be final and inclusive of taxes and shipment charges.

Please note that once an order is confirmed by the buyer, it will be final, and no cancellation requests will be entertained. However, Remmee India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unauthorized activity in the payment process.

In case a damaged or incorrect product is sent by Remmee India Pvt Ltd, the buyer must inform us via email with the product tag, image, and invoice copy. Remmee India Pvt Ltd will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our Quality Check (QC), we will ship the correct product within 2 to 3 working days.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation: After placing an order, customers have one hour to cancel it. The refund will be processed within 10 working days through the original payment method.
• Return Policy: If a customer wishes to return a delivered product, they must notify Remmee India Pvt Ltd within 24 hours via email, providing the tag number, invoice copy, and product image at remmee@gmail.com.
• Pickup & Refund: If the return request is made within 24 hours, Remmee India Pvt Ltd will arrange a free pickup. Once the returned item passes QC, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.
