Exchange/Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tags attached. We also offer a refund within 15 days of requesting the return (with an online refund for online payments and store credit for COD payments only).

How to Process a Return/Exchange:

  1. Prepare Your Package:

    • Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package.
    • Ensure that all items are unworn, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • If any item was damaged during transit, it must bear the tag for us to process the return.
    • Items that are damaged or altered after the tags are removed may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  2. Send the Package to the Following Address:

  4. Pick-Up Process:

    • Our courier partner will pick up the package at no extra cost within 3-5 business days.
  5. Refund & Exchange Options:

    • Once the item is picked up, we will process the refund within 15 business days based on your chosen method:
      • Online Payment Orders: Refund to the original payment method.
      • COD Orders: Store credit in your account (if created).
    • You can also exchange an item with the same or another item (subject to stock availability).

Order Cancellation:

To cancel an order, please email us at remmee@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.

International Orders:

Please note that we are currently not accepting any return requests for international orders.
